OPSRRA Presentations to the Land Use Committee and to the Public
Hearing
The Otter Point and Shirley Residents and Ratepayers Association made an
official presentation to the Land Use
Committee and to the OCP Public Hearing (November 6, 2006). OPSRRA also
collaborated on one of the presentations made at the Shirley and Jordan
River OCP Public Hearing (November 14, 2006).

Public hearings were held on January 16, 2007 (Shirley) and January 17,
2007 (Otter Point) for their respective Official Community Plans (OCPs).
OPSRRA made a submission concerning further errors and incomplete
information in the Otter Point OCP.
Presentation to the second OCP Public Hearing
Both the Otter Point and the Shirley/Jordan River OCPs will be going to a second Public Hearing in January, 2007. The
updated OCP and maps have been posted to the CRD website. The links in the
Otter Point and Shirley/Jordan River sections below will take you to the CRD web pages with the updates
