An all-candidates forum will be held via ZOOM on Thursday October 15 at 7 pm. The forum is organized by the Sooke Multi-Belief Initiative (a Transition Sooke group), the Sooke Chamber of Commerce, and the Westshore Chamber of Commerce. Instead of the traditional debating format each candidate will be asked to address 6 important socio-economic issues. Sooke Mayor Maya Tait will moderate. To attend you must pre-register at the Westshore Chamber of Commerce website. Once on the website, select the event in the calendar, it’s on the 15th, then follow directions. Tickets are limited.
