An OPSRRA member recently reported witnessing a suspicious act of dumping. She saw a truck in the parking lot just past the bridge at Tugwell Creek that was dumping an unknown liquid.
If you observe anyone dumping trash please contact the local CRD office at 250 642-1500. If you can, take a photo or get a license plate number.
